How Ordering Works
 
Step 1 – Place Your Order
Purchase your custom phone case and provide:
Phone model
Link to your image/design (Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, etc.)
Any special design instructions
Important: Our website currently does not support direct image uploads. Please provide a shareable image link in the order notes.
 
Step 2 – Design Preview
 
Our design team will create a mockup preview based on your submitted image and send it to your email for approval.
Please make sure your email address is correct and check both your inbox and spam folder.
 
Step 3 – Approval Process
If you approve the design, we will proceed with production immediately.
If changes are needed, simply reply to our email and we will update the design accordingly.
 
Step 4 – No Response Policy
If we do not receive a response within 48 hours (2 days) after sending the design preview:
Our professional design team will make the necessary adjustments to optimize the artwork.
The design will be considered approved.
Production and shipping will proceed automatically.
This helps avoid unnecessary delays in processing your order.
 
Step 5 – Production & Shipping
Once the design enters production:
⚠️ No modifications, cancellations, or design changes can be made after printing begins.
After production is completed, your order will be packaged and shipped.
Important Notes
Please upload high-resolution images whenever possible.
Low-quality images may result in lower print quality.
Colors may vary slightly between screen display and final printed product.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the 48-hour approval policy.
Printed custom products cannot be modified once production has started.
