Shipping Time: Estimated delivery time is 5–15 business days depending on destination. (Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time.)

Tracking: Tracking information will be provided via email once the order is shipped.

Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Refund & Exchange

Eligibility: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for:

Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.

Cancellation: Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Warranty

Coverage: We offer a 30-day limited warranty for manufacturing defects.

Exclusions: Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
